MetClock is an email-first protocol service. To request deletion of your account and associated protocol data, email us from the same email used for your MetClock account.

Subject: Delete my MetClock account
You may request:
- deletion of your protocol intake data
- deletion of generated protocol data
- removal from active MetClock emails
- cancellation support for your active subscription
Important note
Deleting protocol data does not automatically cancel an active Stripe subscription unless you request cancellation. If you want both deletion and cancellation, write: "Delete my account and cancel my subscription."
Retention note
We may retain limited transaction, security, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal records where required.
