7-Day Free Trial
MetClock may offer a 7-day free trial. A card is required. $0 is due today during the trial. Your selected plan begins automatically after the trial unless canceled before the trial ends.
Plans
The monthly plan is $29.99/month after trial unless canceled. The annual plan is $180/year after trial unless canceled.
Payment Processing
Stripe handles payment processing for MetClock. MetClock does not store full card numbers on its website.
How to Cancel
You may cancel through the Stripe customer portal if available. You may also email metclockprotocol@gmail.com with the account email connected to your subscription.
Processing Time
Cancellation requests sent by email should be sent at least 24 hours before renewal to allow time for support processing. If a renewal happens before your request is processed, the refund policy below applies.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by law or approved by MetClock. Contact support if you believe there was a billing issue.
Access After Cancellation
Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated. Trial access may end when cancellation is processed.
Failed Payments
If payment fails, access may pause, expire, or be limited until billing is resolved.
